Shipping/ Receiving Assembler

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Assembler I to join our team. This entry-level position supports both warehouse shipping and receiving operations as well as basic product assembly. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble basic air filtration components and products according to work instructions
• Prepare, package, and label finished products for shipment
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and inspect for quality and accuracy
• Load, unload, and move materials using a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments and materials
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper forklift operation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn assembly processes
• Ability to lift to [insert weight, e.g., 30–50 lbs.] and stand for extended periods
• Forklift certification required
